"And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God."
REFUTATION:
PART 1 WHAT IS THE REAL MEANING OF EPHESIANS 3:19 AND WHY IT SHOULD NOT BE USED AS A BASIS TO DOUBT JESUS IS GOD IN COLOSSIANS 2:9?
Is fill synonymous ng dwell?
Notice the verses Ephesians 3:19 and Colossians 2:9.
" Sapagka't sa kaniya'y nananahan ang buong kapuspusan ng pagka Dios sa kahayagan ayon sa laman,"
"For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily."
IN EPHESIANS 3:19, It never mentioned DWELLS IN THE FULLNES OF THE GODHEAD
IN COLOSSIANS 2:9, It says It DWELLS IN THE FULLNESS OF THE GODHEAD
Godhead is different than the word GOD
1) God is the one who made the heavens and the earth who Christians worship
2) Godhead is a nature of a Biblical character.
I. Let's explain, What is this FULLNESS OF GOD when filled if we know the love of Christ in Ephesians 3:19?
A) How to be filled with fullness of God?
It is clear in Ephesians 3:19 when we know the love of Christ.
HOW TO KNOW THE LOVE OF CHRIST? Read the verse 17 above.
Ephesians 3:17 that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love,
CHRIST MUST DWELL IN YOUR HEARTS THROUGHT FAITH.
HOW TO ACHIEVE FAITH?
By means of hearing the words of Christ in Romans 10:17
B) Is God really the one to be filled in a Christian after to know the love of Christ by means of Christ should dwell in his heart by means of hearing the words of God in order to get faith?
NO
The one that the Christian will be filled is the Spirit of God
Ephesians 5:17-18 Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is. And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit,
If a Christian with faith (of course) by means of letting Christ dwells in his heart through hearing the words of God, HE WILL BE FILLED WITH THE SPIRIT OF GOD.
And It is not God that will be filled in a Christian it is because God is in heaven
PART 2: WHY THE GODHEAD OF CHRIST DWELLS BODILY AND WHAT IS THE REASON?
1 John 4:2 By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God,
Christ came in the flesh. IN means inside.
Kasi si Cristo ay naparitong nasa laman. NASA means nasa loob.
That is why the Godhead of Christ dwells bodily.
It is because Christ came into the world and God prepared him a body
Kasi si Cristo ay pumasok sa sanglibutan at pinaghanda ng DIOS ng 1 katawan
Hebrews 10:5 Therefore, when He came into the world, He said:
“Sacrifice and offering You did not desire,
But a body You have prepared for Me.
Christ came into the world meaning HE CAME FROM A PLACE BEFORE ENTERING INTO THE WORLD.
But a body You have prepared for Me.
Christ came into the world meaning HE CAME FROM A PLACE BEFORE ENTERING INTO THE WORLD.
Where did he came from
John 6:38 For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me.
He came from heaven and come down here on earth.
IS CHRIST GOD EVEN HE IS IN THE HUMAN FLESH WHEN HE DWELLS HERE ON EARTH?
Zechariah 2:10-11
10 “Sing and rejoice, O daughter of Zion! For behold, I am coming and I will dwell in your midst,” says the Lord.
11 “Many nations shall be joined to the Lord in that day, and they shall become My people. And I will dwell in your midst. Then you will know that the Lord of hosts has sent Me to you.
The Lord will dwell in the midst of the daughters of Zion who was sent by the Lord of hosts.
A) Is Christ LORD? YES it is in Philippians 2:11
B) Who sent Christ here on earth?
John 12:49 For I have not spoken on My own authority; but the Father who sent Me gave Me a command, what I should say and what I should speak.
It was the Father which is mentioned as the LORD OF HOSTS who sent the Lord to dwell in the midst of the daughters of Zion (They are of course the Jews)
WHAT IS LORD IN THE BIBLE?
Psalms 118:27 God is the Lord,And He has given us light;Bind the sacrifice with cords to the horns of the altar.
If it says the LORD, it pertains to God.
This is the call of the Jews who do not believe in Christ is also Lord.
So in 1 Timothy 3:16 it says Christ is God was manifest in the flesh
If they will alibi that the right translation is "He" they are also doomed it is because He in capital H pertains to God. this is the pronoun of God.
Is it really God that is mentioned who was manifest in the flesh in 1 Timothy 3:16?
Ang Dios ang tinutukoy sa 1 Timoteo 3:16 na nagmanifest sa flesh.
let's read the verse above in verse 15
1 Timothy 3:15 but if I am delayed, I write so that you may know how you ought to conduct yourself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.
So in verse 16 they are the word AND. the continuation of the verse 15
saka LOHIKA LANG GAMITIN, kung tao ang likas na kalagayan ni Cristo ay bakit kailangan pa magmanifest in the flesh?
Why it needs to be in the likeness of flesh in Romans 8:3?
It is because before He became flesh, He had a first nature when he was in heaven. It is clear that He is God before he came down to earth.
If they will read in the Old Testament in Malachi 2:10 it says that the Father only is God, IT IS BECAUSE CHRIST IS NOT BEING INTRODUCED TO THE SONS OF MEN BEFORE.
But in the New Testament era, Jesus Christ is the Son of God who was introduced to men as God.
He is the real Son of God and not an adopted son of God (the reason why servants of God are also sons of God)
For example, the real son of a cow is a cow, the real son of a cat is a cat.
of course the real Son of God is also a God.
Will there be 2 Gods? If you will count but to God, The Father and the Son are one (John 10:30 read it)
