It took me a while to get this FIRST BATCH of For Sale Properties of our beloved church. Let me just give you a sampler of these valuable documents:



















These are just but a sneak peek of the first batch of PRIME Properties of the Iglesia Ni Cristo which is now FOR SALE. I had to pay a premium just to be able to get these documents out, each compilation of documents per property is quite thick but contains all the necessary requirements for PROPERTY ACQUISITION FROM ANY INTERESTED BUYER.

This is an ANOMALY. Before, we didn’t sell properties because sooner or later, they can and will be used for building churches and/or other Church related infrastructures. SO WHY IS THE SANGGUNIAN SELLING THESE PRIME PROPERTIES AGAIN…? Are we really in a dire need of money? Bro. Glicerio B. Santos Jr. can shout at the top of his voice that there is no anomaly in the Finance of the church, BUT this rampant disposal of church properties at a very low appraisal value IS A GLARING PROOF THAT THERE IS AN ANOMALY (def: deviation from the norm).

I already have these documents at hand and will submit these documents if need be. Just a word of advice to our friendly neighborhood Sanggunian, stop wasting your time and the Church’s money paying people to find me. It is really hard to find somebody who’s JUST AROUND THE CORNER. Literally!

Like what I already mentioned before, you don’t have to kill Antonio Ebangelista, just kill THE MESSAGE! How? Show counter proof, reveal counter evidences. Instead of threatening the brethren not to read my blogs, no wait, don’t read ANYTHING ON SOCIAL MEDIA, no wait, DON’T READ, LISTEN, OR ASK ANYTHING, no wait, DON’T LOOK, LISTEN OR SPEAK AT ALL! Sounds about right? That’s exactly what you are doing to the brethren, and if they do read, if they start to ask questions and demand clarifications, what do you, SANGUNIAN and Corrupt Minister cohorts bravely say to them??? IF YOU ASK QUESTIONS THEN YOU ARE CRITICIZING THE EXECUTIVE MINISTER! THAT IS WHY YOU SHOULD BE EXPELLED FROM THE CHURCH! A lot of brethren have suffered the wrongful acts of the Sanggunian thru their Express Expulsion Process. This is what they cowardly do when they cannot answer the brethren’s question. Why? Because THEY KNOW THAT WHAT I AM SHOWING HERE IS THE TRUTH. UNDENIABLE TRUTH! I dare you to prove me wrong. Show your documents! Show your evidences! But I wouldn’t hold my breath waiting for it.

During the time of Bro. Felix Manalo and Bro. Eraño G. Manalo, they safeguarded the Finance of the Church to make sure that all that we need for the progress of the church are all within the funds from our voluntary contributions. From those offerings, they have amassed properties, churches, structures, technologies, infrastructures both here and around the world, we didn’t have to sell any properties, we even bought more and more properties for the church… yet now… sadly, because of the greed and corruption plaguing the church caused by the Council Ministers, the financial state of the church have regressed dramatically and drastically. We are on an all-time LOW, that is why every activity, every project, every event, SPECIAL OFFERINGS (Tanging handugan) FOR ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING. Because they badly need the money. Why? because the Church is in debt. It is not bankrupt as aggressively denounced by Bro. Glicerio B. Santos Jr. in the WEBEX Video Conference. He had all the guts to proudly announce all the properties abroad that the church bought but at the back of his mind, Ka Jun Santos is saying “But you will never know what properties we are selling now”. Then off he goes, saying “You do not know anything! Nothing! There is no anomaly in the Finance of the Church! We are not bankrupt! What do you know? Nothing! You do not have proofs! These are all just to discredit us! But you do not know anything, not one bit! Nothing!”. What about now Ka Jun Santos? Hmmmm…. I guess the cat got your tongue? Ofcourse we are not bankrupt, we have weekly offering during worship services so there is still a steady flow of cash, BUT UNFORTUNATELY IT CANNOT SUSTAIN THE LAVISH LIFESTYLE OF THE SANGGUNIAN AND THE EXTRAVAGANT AND IMPRACTICAL SPENDING OF THE SANGGUNIAN FOR THEIR VARIOUS SUPERFICIAL PROJECTS. That is why the Church is now on a SELLING SPREE to dispose any available properties they can get their hands on, hopefully the day won’t come when they’ll have to sell the Philippine Arena too… THAT WOULD REALLY BE THE CLOSING CENTENNIAL!

Santos Jr. really hit the jackpot with its 25% royalty on all the production profit of their “secret” project which is still under the name of the Iglesia Ni Cristo. This simply means that the money used to buy this property came from the church fund, from our “abuloy” or offerings, but it was not bought to build a chapel or a district office, it was bought for one thing and one thing only… PROFIT from “Black Gold” or Oil. But the MILLION DOLLAR question is, where did the profit go? Try checking the finance report of Texas or US Main Office for the $$$$  from the Paid Up Oil and Gas Lease if it went into the Central Fund, because the last time I checked at the office, the money never reached Central’s bank accounts, UNLESS they can prove otherwise. This is how successful the oil business in Texas, where we “just happen” to have bought a land property which was leased for 25% royalty on all production profit.


Can you visualize the production rate of oil for Texas alone? That is why the profit from the Paid Up Oil and Gas Lease was off the charts too. But…. the bad thing about GREED (which is already a bad thing in the first place), is that IT IS ALWAYS NEVER ENOUGH. That is why our beloved General Auditor, Bro. Glicerio Santos Jr., tirelessly set out to find some more lucrative project just like the Texas Oil Lease. And with the help of Brother Mar Nucup, Bro. Jun Santos was able to enter into a deal for the acquisition of SCENIC SOUTH DAKOTA.


The Iglesia Ni Cristo bought the whole town from this old lady who owned the small town of SCENIC, SOUTH DAKOTA.

This real estate broker sealed the deal for the property: So after a closed-door deal, The Iglesia Ni Cristo now owns SCENIC, SOUTH DAKOTA.
Now comes the “shady” part… unlike the rest of the land and property acquisitions of the Iglesia Ni Cristo, we have always been ever-so-proud to announce it to the whole world that we bought this Lutheran Church there, we bought this chapel from that religion here, we bought this property there, we have a Guiness Record for this and that, exactly how Bro. Glicerio “Jun” Santos would always boast whenever he preached, YET… they have been so “silent” about this one particular acquisition… how silent? After buying the property, the Church did not contact them anymore. There were no plans for the town, no renovation, nor even a construction for a place of worship or even a start of the Missionary Works. Nothing. That’s why the people there are so weary of the mystery that is behind the sale of the this small town in South Dakota. It is such a secret that there was even a NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT signed between parties, legally binding them not to tell a living soul anything about this deal. Meaning nobody can discuss anything about the details and plans of the aquisition of the town by the Iglesia Ni Cristo. For the money used to buy this town, it could have been used to renovate a lot of old and dilapidated chapels especially in the far-flung locales in the provinces, it could have been used for medication and hospitalization of hundreds of sick Ministers and brethren in need of medical attention, it could have been used to help a lot of brethren in dire need. So why buy this old worn-down town? Here’s something that you won’t hear in the WORSHIP SERVICE LESSONS… What is the significance of Scenic, South Dakota? Let the evidences tell you the story… Therefore, South Dakota is the next BIG BOOM in the Oil Industry so the potential is also very lucrative. But aside from the oil industry being a source of income with the acquisition of SCENIC SOUTH DAKOTA, Bro. Jun Santos also saw another potential, that is why the nondisclosure clause had to be included in the deal. They were actually waiting for a double-whammy deal, and here it is… The proposed pipeline will pass thru South Dakota… now take a guess which part of South Dakota… Take a wild guess… Shhhhhh! Don’t say it out loud… Remember, this is a hush-hush project and WE ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS! (thus the nondisclosure agreement).  I can actually see the frowning faces of the Sanggunian right now, and Ka Jun Santos with steam coming out of his nostrils (literally). But how lucrative is this pipeline project? Please bear in mind that Bro. Jun Santos bought this town in a time when prices were plummeting to the ground, proof of that is that the price tag for SCENIC dropped from $3,000,000 to $799,000. That’s when Bro. Jun Santos snatched the opportunity and topped the rest of the 500 bidders for the property. This kind of business is what turns ordinary Joe’s to Billionaires. This is exactly what Bro. Jun Santos is going for, to be the next “ordinary jun” turned billionaire. GAS & OIL PRODUCTION PLUS PIPING CONTRACT THRU SOUTH DAKOTA = $$ KACHING KACHING $$ This is by far the best “hitting two birds with one stone” scenario Ka Jun has put together in his entire life…so far (this calls for another Guiness Record!). Imagine this scenario…when this pipeline goes into full swing, the Church can just sit back and relax and the money will just flow in, we can build as many churches as we want and there will no longer be any poverty for the common brethren, the church can start any project or construction it wants and the funds will not dry up, nor will we need to have other Special Offerings (But ofcourse, the fictional character in this scenario is a Ka Jun Santos who’s not a selfish, greedy, diabolical, conniving businessman that he is). Ka Jun was so sure that everything is in the bag with this one, that he approved all construction and acquisition requests for the church knowing full well that the funds will soon come in. Ka Jun was so successful in keeping this under our noses for so long and he laughingly thought to himself that nobody will ever know…. nobody. Unfortunately, last February… something UNEXPECTED SHATTERED HIS BILLION DOLLAR DREAM…


(so expect more announcements for Tanging Tanging Tanging Handugan to come) After years of preparation and anticipation, President Obama vetoed the whole proposed pipeline project, rendering the Scenic, South Dakota property utterly useless to us. We are now stuck with a deserted, lifeless ghost town.  With a condemned hotel that is long empty, useless wooden structures reminiscent of the old cowboy movies, the whole town, lined with aged cattle skulls and overgrown brushes.  The only things useful, I think, are the roadside jail cells that are rusty and worn out. Now let me think… hmmm who can we fit in those cells? After this exposé, expect one of many things, 1) The Sanggunian will pretend that nobody saw this post and that their cover hasn’t been blown yet  2) They will sell the property along with the rest of the ‘for sale’ properties with another ridiculous reason why they will have to sell the property, 3) they will continue with the back-up plan, which is to establish another Paid up Oil and Gas Lease for possible Oil Mining in the area, 4) a Minister will be assigned there to start a locale with 10 members so as not to look stupid for buying the place in the first place (pun intended), 5) Ka Annie will go there and start a manufacturing plant for UNLAD International Inc. teaching the people there how to make rice cakes and other UNLAD amazing products. 6) The Sanggunian will continue to act innocent, or it might be more accurate to say, ACT LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE IS TOO STUPID TO REALIZE THAT THEY ARE IN THE BUSINESS OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THE FUNDS OF THE CHURCH 7) Ka Jun will deliver his ever famous HUGOT-lines: “Puro kayo paninira, wala naman kayong ebidensya!   Now what does the Bible says about violent people?

Proverbs 16:29 A violent man enticeth his neighbour, and leadeth him into the way that is not good.

A violent man clearly will lead you to a way that is not good.

What's more if a church uses violence to defend their faith?

3) Almost of them judge their non members negatively like they have no salvation, spiritually dumb, no self discipline etc.

What does the Bible says about it?

Romans 2:1 Therefore you are inexcusable, O man, whoever you are who judge, for in whatever you judge another you condemn yourself; for you who judge practice the same things. (New King James Version)

4) Almost of its members think they are superior than all Filipinos, the only ones to be saved on Judgment Day, the brightest in the Bible in all Christian sects, very righteous etc.

What does the Bible says about it?

Galatians 6:3  For if anyone thinks himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceives himself.

They are deceivers and really is nothing or good for nothing bunch of individuals.

In fact whether if you ask the majority of Catholics, Protestants, ADD people etc. they will testify that most of its members are indulged in vices, womanizing, violence, boastful, self righteous attitude and many more iniquities.

These people are mentioned in Proverbs 30:12 which reads:

"There is a generation that is pure in its own eyes, Yet is not washed from its filthiness."

INC people are a generation of pure in its own eyes but not washed from their filthiness or sins.

These people are brood of vipers, serpents (Matthew 23:33)

The serpent symbolizes the devil in Revelation 12:9 so IT MEANS THEY ARE A GENERATION WHOSE SATAN HIMSELF IS THEIR LEADER.

Jesus said that if we can trusted in smaller things, what about on bigger things (in Luke 16:10)

sad to say Eduardo V. Manalo cannot be trusted even in this small thing. what's more on bigger things like assurance of he is not pocketing his members' contributions and not negligent to assuring that most of his members are living in a Godly way.

Greed or Coveteousness is a form of idol worship (Colossians 3:5) Idol worshippers will go to hell (Revelation 21:8)

So their present Executive Minister is an idol worshipper and will lead you to hell for sure.

6) This cult do not believe that Jesus is God.

What does the Bible says about it?

John 8:24 "I said to you that you shall die in your sins, for unless you shall believe that I AM THE LIVING GOD, you shall die in your sins." (Aramaic Bible in Plain English)

You will surely die in your sins and go to hell if you do not change your belief about Jesus as only man and not also a God.

THE MAN JESUS CHRIST WHICH THE INC MEMBERS DO NOT UNDERSTAND

INC members always use John 8:40 and  1 Timothy 2:5 to prove that Jesus Christ is a man.

Well as a Catholic we do not disagree that He is also a man.

What we Catholics disagree is that INC people believe that Jesus is a man because he only existed as a man when Mother Mary gave birth to him and He is only non existent before the Christian Era and only a plan of God for them.

They even use the Bible translation footnote in 1 Peter 1:20 of Fr. Juan Trinidad. but if you will read the whole footnote there it says that It is the in the plan of God to turn Christ into a human and to suffer for men.

but never it says that CHRIST ONLY STARTED AS A MAN WHEN MARY GAVE BIRTH HIM.

In the doctrine of the Catholic Church, Christ existed in the beginning with the Father before the world was created.

In fact the Bible agrees with it. LOOK AT THE FOLLOWING VERSES:

A) Luke 10:18 And he said to them: I saw Satan like lightening falling from heaven

B) John 17:5 And now glorify thou me, O Father, with thyself, with the glory which I had, before the world was, with thee.

C) He is a spirit and King David called Him his Lord (read Matthew 22:41-46)

IN THE BIBLE, WHY WE CAN READ THAT JESUS IS A MAN?

Hebrews 10:5 Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith: Sacrifice and oblation thou wouldest not: but a body thou hast fitted to me: (Douay Rheims Version)

Hebrews 10:5 Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me: (King James Version)

When Jesus came into this world, GOD PREPARED HIM A BODY.

So when the Bible speaks of the MAN CHRIST, It pertains to the prepared body of God to his Son.

Remember Jesus is God was manifest in the flesh in 1 Timothy 3:16.

The Manalists believe that the right translation is He and not God.

Well don't they know that the word HE in capital H pertains to the SUPREME BEING OR GOD?

Jesus did not first came into existence when Mary gave birth to him as the Church of Manalo teaches

why? read John 8:23.

"And he said to them: You are from beneath, I am from above. You are of this world, I am not of this world."

He is from the above or heaven before and it is clear stated in the verse that humans belong into our world but Jesus is not from this world.

Well unable to refute what I said here, they will be confused. there will be 2 Gods they will say and the Bible teaches that there is only one God.
